Making a chocolate hay nest
To make some decorative hay, bring the white chocolate back to 82 F.
Fill a decorating bag with the white chocolate. Then draw lines of chocolate onto a tray previously kept in the freezer. 
Let the white chocolate dry.
Scrape the chocolate off the tray using a stainless steel spatula.
Then form a hay nest.
Put the white chocolate hay forming a nest into the 8" egg half
