	The cow's head Roll a ball of white sugarpaste about a third as big as the cow's body.
	Roll out black sugarpaste and make a blob shape that will cover half the cows head. Attach using a little water and smooth off with your finger. Place a cocktail stick or a piece of dry spaghetti into the body of the cow and attach the head on top.
	For the Cow's nose / snout / mouth Make a small oval piece of peach colored sugarpaste and cut one side flat.
	Stick the flat side to the cow's head using a little water.
	Mark nostrils using a ball modelling tool.
	With the small knife make the cow smile. Great going!! Let's give the cow some ears.
