Cake Decorating Tips:
Tip sdt-3 for piping the writing, the waves and the swirls
Tip sdt-21 for piping the shell borders

Airbrush Colors:
You could simply use colored icing or draw onto the cake if you do not have an airbrush system.
Yellow for the starburst, the swirls, the zigzags and the dots
Green mixed with yellow for the swirls
Blue for the waves
Violet for the diagonal lines
Orange for the zigzags and the dots

Colored Icing:
White frosting to ice your entire cake
Blue for the waves and the writing
Green mixed with yellow for the swirls
Yellow for the swirls and the borders

Cake Decorating Instructions & Assembly:

Bake and ice your favorite cake.
Airbrush the starburst yellow.
Airbrush the swirls yellow and green.
Airbrush the zigzag lines and the dots in orange.
Airbrush the waves in blue.
Airbrush the diagonal lines in violet.
Pipe the writing and the waves with blue icing.
Pipe the swirls with yellow and green icing.
Pipe the borders using yellow icing.
Place decorations on the cake.
